We have combined the traditional hospitality of our land with many services to ensure a warm and accurate welcome made up of competence, efficiency and courtesy. In our hotel you will find a wellness area and a convenient parking lot, which are just some of the pluses of our hotel in Umbria, in Todi.
One of our flagships is the lush park with swimming pool in which Villa Luisa is immersed: a large green mantle dotted with cypresses, maples, lindens, oaks, cedars and many different types of flowers such as roses, azaleas, oleanders and geraniums.

Hotel accessible even by disabled people
Over time we have welcomed people with many different needs and, in accordance with the adjustments required by law, we have tried to achieve a reception without architectural barriers. Our aim has always been to offer, even to guests with motor disabilities, a comfortable environment, without obstacles or difficulties, to enjoy in conditions of autonomy and safety.
For this reason we have a Rooms suitable for people with motor disabilities and we also have reserved parking spaces in front of the entrance ramp. The entrance to the hotel is in fact equipped with a ramp and automatic door. On the same floor, without steps, is located the room, the bar and the breakfast room.
The Restaurant can be reached by elevator (opening 70 cm) or from the external entrance of the Restaurant, which is all on one floor. Also from the restaurant there is a large elevator that goes down to the service floor, where there is also a bathroom for our disabled guests.

We try to do our best, encouraging the purchase of local products and the use of seasonal and local dishes.

- Beware of wasting water and electricity
- Choose to reuse bathroom linens if they are still clean
- Sort your waste. In the case of special waste such as batteries or medicines, hand them over at the reception desk and we will dispose of them properly.
- Give preference to local and organic products, use water bottles to carry on excursions and shopping bags for your purchases
- Comply with the ban on smoking and help limit annoying noises
- Give preference to collective means of transport, public or private, with particular attention to those running on methane or electricity.
- Whenever possible go by bike or on foot: you'll be doing good for the environment and for you too!
