Training and equipping staff with individual safety
equipmentOur staff receives detailed information and training on safety protocol procedures designed to minimize any possibility of infection. They are provided with masks, gloves and hand sanitizing gel.
Breakfast
Based on the latest updates, the buffet service has been restored, inviting guests to sanitize their hands, wear a mask and respect the safety distance.Restaurant
Dishes are served directly at your table in very large spaces with the security of the right distance between tables. The a la carte menu is also available in digital format (from our website and with QR code).Sanitization of the room and common areas
In the room, in addition to thorough cleaning, every surface is sanitized to ensure that the arriving guest is completely sanitized. The washing and disinfection of linen is certified.The rooms are frequently ventilated and air conditioners are serviced frequently with filters and grills sanitized.
The surfaces of major contact (reception desk, bar counter, elevator, buttons, handles, switches, keys) are sanitized several times a day.
At various points of passage you will find hand sanitizing gel.
Sanitization of the Private Spa and Outdoor Swimming Pool
The environments dedicated to relaxation and wellness will be managed in such a way as to offer spacing and sanitization of surfaces.The Private Spa will be managed by reservation with sanitization after each entrance.
The outdoor swimming pool will be open from June 15 with a special safety protocol that provides for controlled entry, well-spaced stations, hand sanitizing, equipment sanitizing and automatic control of water sanitizing with chlorine.
